 Sunset Tibetan is a small home breeder, located in Southwest Washington on 10 acres at the West end of the magnificent Columbia River Gorge.

All of our dogs are AKC registered, with hip and eye certifications.  We raise Tibetan Terriers and Tibetan Mastiffs.

ABOUT US!

Sunset Tibetan Terriers and Mastiffs is a small, highly ethical breeder, specializing in raising and selling rare, high quality Tibetan Terrier and Tibetan Mastiff puppies to quality homes and families.  We are not a kennel.  Our home pack of Tibetan Terriers and Tibetan Mastiffs are our pride and joy.  We have been raising TT’s for 15 years and TM’s for 5 years. These Tibetan dogs reflect, capture the heart and soul of their human family, and the Tibetan traits of kindness, devotedness, loyalty, intelligence, sensitivity, independence, hardiness.   The Tibetan Mastiffs and the Tibetan Terriers are two of the most ancient breeds; they co-existed for centuries within the Tibetan culture as companions and guardians, tempered by the warmth and caring of the Tibetan monks.

We are located in southwestern Washington State just outside the town of Washougal.  We live on 10 acres at the west end of the magnificent Columbia River Gorge, and are devoted to raising our Tibetan Terriers and Mastiffs in a rural, family setting.  Our dogs spend their days in the house with us or roaming the 6 fenced acres on our treed, hillside property. They sleep in a covered kennel area with inside access at night for their safety and security.

Our puppies are socialized and nurtured in our home environment. They are the products of champion bloodlines. By the time they are ready for their forever homes, they have played for many hours with extended family that includes children ages 5 and up, and they have lived and played with our large breed adults.  They are healthy and happy puppies that we are very proud to offer to quality homes and quality puppy parents.
