Our very first Tibetan Terrier was purchased at 1 year of age from the wonderful family who runs the local Gardiner School.  She was purchased as a pup for their 15-year-old daughter, but proved to be one to many dogs for their household (and a very busy teen-age daughter!) I
saw the ad for her in the local paper and had no idea what a Tibetan Terrier was. So, being a REFERENCE LIBRARIAN, I looked up the breed in a reference book at work, and I was impressed with what I read!! "A good family and companion dog!" "Doesn't shed!" "Mid-sized and devoted personality!" So, off I went to see her and it was love at first sight.

Logan inspired us to get our rescue TT, Sherpa, and they were closest friends for 11 years. She also inspired us to buy our first male and female with the intent to breed. She gave us many years of love and devotion, and
is now buried on our property under a marker with her name. I have taken her metal dog tags and attached them to a windchime on my front porch; the wind blows and Logan still brings music to my heart. She always will be with us and our other precious dogs in spirit.
